TERMS AND RULES

We do not have too many rules, just a few important ones that we kindly ask all guests to be aware of:

Payment Terms

We kindly ask you to pay the full amount at the time of booking, immediately after receiving the invoice. Your booking is confirmed once the payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy

  • Standard booking: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. After that, refunds are generally not provided, however in exceptional cases (e.g. serious family events or unavoidable travel disruptions), the service provider may issue a refund if it does not cause them loss.
  • Group booking: refunds are possible up to 1 month before arrival, after which no refunds are issued. In case of earlier cancellation, a 10% cancellation fee will not be refunded.
  • In Force Majeure situations (e.g. Covid-19), if the accommodation must close unexpectedly or travel is not possible due to restrictions, the standard cancellation policy applies and all affected bookings (both within and outside the 14-day period) will receive rescheduling or a voucher equal to the booking amount, which can be used in the future. Alternatively, refunds are handled according to the standard cancellation terms.
